Refund Policy — Fine Art Carvings
All Sales Are Final
Every piece from Fine Art Carvings is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted work of art. We currently sell exclusively in person at trade shows and events, which gives you the opportunity to inspect your piece closely before purchase. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please take a moment at the time of purchase to examine your item and confirm you are completely satisfied. We are happy to answer any questions about the piece, its materials, and its care before you buy.
Defects Discovered After Purchase
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you discover a hidden defect in materials or workmanship that was not visible at the time of purchase, contact us at gboujakly@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase with your receipt and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the concern and, at our discretion, repair the piece, exchange it, or offer store credit. Damage occurring after the handoff — including from handling, transport, humidity, or improper care — is not covered.
Care of Your Carving
Wood is a natural material. Keep your piece away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and extreme changes in humidity to preserve its finish and prevent cracking.
Shipping
We do not currently offer shipping — online ordering with delivery is coming soon. This policy will be updated when shipping becomes available.
