Returns & Refunds
Every piece from Fine Art Carvings is a one-of-a-kind, hand-carved work of art. We want you to love it when it arrives.
Online orders: 14-day returns
If a piece is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery at gboujakly@gmail.com. Return it in its original condition and packaging, insured, and we will refund the full purchase price once it arrives back with us. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged.
Commissioned and custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned.
Damaged in transit
Every order ships fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will file the claim and repair, replace or refund the piece.
In-person purchases
Pieces bought in person at shows and events are final sale, since you had the chance to inspect the piece before purchase. If you discover a hidden defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Caring for your carving
Wood is a natural material. Keep your piece away from direct sunlight, heat sources and sharp swings in humidity to protect its finish and prevent cracking. Dust with a soft dry cloth.
